We use a calender to organize the Winti hall schedule. The calender is web-based as it is not possible to share an ETH internal calender with external groups.
The calender has some limitaions. It it possible to integrate the calender into MS Outlook. But it will only read from the web-source and will not write any dates to it. To set a date you need to do it in a browser.
There are three different links to access the calender: admin, read/write, read only. Beside that there is a iClaneder feed to integrate it into programs like MS Outlook.
