Content Comparison

You need the following for running a demo:

• Tripod system

  • 1x Manfrotto 161MK2B tripod

  • 1x Manfrotto 131DB Accessory arm

  • 1x K&M 19695 Ball joint

  • 1x Custom made arm extension

  • 1x Lighthouse V2 base station a.k.a a SteamVR Base Station 2.0

    • 1x 12V DC adapter

    • 1x USB cable

  • 1x Power extension cord

• RC Car

  • 2x Buggy's with the lighthouse deck

  • A lot of AAA batteries and a charger

• Track

  • We are using the standard “U“ shaped track

• Computer

  • 1x Router

  • 1x Laptop

  • 1x Power extension cord, the 1 → 4 version

Tripod system

The system stands 2.5m tall and the extension arm has a reach of 1.6m

The camera has a view angle of 150x110 degrees which using some trig should cover an area of 4x11m if we put it 1.5m of the ground. Make sure the RC car will stay within 5m of the base station in order to fully received sweeps.

At the end is a ball joint with a standard camera mount thread, this can be removed which revels another standard camera mount thread.
